February 2016 Wrap up and March TBR

feb 2016 wrap up

This is much later than usual and I’m sorry! I went on vacation for 10 days in the beginning of March and everything was so hectic I didn’t have a chance to make this post. But better late than never. February was a pretty fab month for reading. I didn’t read a lot but everything I read was GREAT.

March To Be Read

This is a VERY loose TBR. In that, this is kind of what I’m planning on reading soon but in no means will go out of my way to read right now. I don’t want to feel pressured to read.

I finished exactly 1 thing on last month’s TBR and honestly I think even that is a bit of a feat.

January 2016 Wrap up and February TBR

January 2016 wrap up and february tbr

January has been a very successful reading month!! I’m so excited I seem to finally be completely out of my reading slump. I am taking reading much slower. I think I burnt out over the summer. I was so excited to finally have all the free time in the world for fun reading instead of just school reading. Anyway, it’s been a good month. Here are all the reviews that happened. 😀

Welp! October has ended. AND I stuck to my guns. I didn’t buy any books this month. Which means no book haul but more money in my bank account. lol. I can’t believe the year’s almost over.

It’s been a relatively good reading month with most books being rated over 4 folded pages, so yay!!

September To Be Read

Last month I got to 6 books on my September TBR. I think I did pretty well to be honest. I’m proud of that number considering I’m such a mood reader that TBRs are more like hopes than plans.

August To Be Read

Last month I got to 3 books on my August TBR. Sad I know. I just wasn’t feeling any of the ones I had outlined last time. Hopefully this time will be better. I still have way more unread physical books than I’d like and my August Haul (though considerably less than July’s) only added a ton more. Here’s my September TBR.

july wrap up and aug tbr

My first wrap up and TBR. I’m so excited! I hope you’re as excited as me!!! This is my third full month of blogging and I think I’ve finally found a groove with things. I really love the community and I’m excited for many more of these to come! 😀

Books I’ve given up on:
  • Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte. This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve tried to read it and I just can’t. I got further than any of my previous times but it’s so dreadfully boring and I hate that it’s from whats-his-face’s point of view. I can’t even get far enough in to give it a proper review. I’d rather not start a reading slump so it’s done. At least I have a pretty version of it sitting on my shelf.

August To Be Read

If you saw my July Book Haul (Click here if you didn’t), then you’ll know I bought wayyyyy too many books. Usually my books come from the library but I have a feeling August will be the month of tackling my ever growing stack of books that I own but haven’t read.
